Vojvodina ICT Cluster – VOICT provides a single point of contact with the best companies in Serbia, with the total workforce of 3,500+ experienced IT professionals working in our member companies. Vojvodina ICT Cluster is a business association founded through a bottom-up initiative of ICT companies and several supporting institutions. It is a fast-growing organization, strongest in its field in Serbia. Over 90% of of the members’ businesses are tied to foreign markets – EU, North America and Middle East. The companies from this cluster exhibited strong growth in recent years, regardless of the global recession. Serbian IT companies in general made a noticeable breakthrough on world markets, putting Serbia on the map as a very interesting alternative location for development of sophisticated software. Vojvodina ICT Cluster gives institutional support to this trend, mobilizing players from the triple helix business–education–government. Strong support from the University of Novi Sad adds to the strength of the cluster. The cluster has its own Academy, organizing courses, presentations and lectures according to the needs of the members, as well as a separate Project Office that grows its projects portfolio and revenues every year, making Vojvodina ICT Cluster leader in excellence among organizations of this type in Serbia.

Polo Tecnologico di Pordenone
Pordenone Technology Center is located in the province of Pordenone, one of the 15 most industrialized provinces of Italy. Since the beginning in 2002, Pordenone Technology Center deals with technology transfer, supporting for intellectual property, promotion of dialogue between the institutions and enterprises in the regional research system, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs and stimulate the growth of high potential businesses. To this end, over the years the Polo has consolidated and strengthened local partnerships with institutions, public administrations, research centers, technology transfer centers, chambers of commerce, universities and industry associations. Pordenone Technology Center has participated in several EU-funded projects, from pure research and development projects, in which Polo has acted as the project coordinator, to strategic projects aimed at transferring innovative methodologies and best practices among institutions and businesses.
BioSense
BioSense Institute has been founded to focus multidisciplinary, game-changing and needs-driven research and disseminate it to a global ecosystem of forward-looking stakeholders. BioSense cross-fertilizes two most promising sectors in Serbia: ICT and agriculture. Multidisciplinary research is performed in the fields of micro and nanoelectronics, communications, signal processing, remote sensing, big data, robotics and biosystems, with a common goal to support the development of sustainable agriculture and create a positive impact to the lives of people. Bio-Sense advances and integrates all that ICT can offer today – nanomaterials, low-cost miniature sensors, satellite imaging, robotics, big data analytics – to provide as much information as possible to the agricultural sector. The final goal of BioSense is to incorporate all efforts and results of various research groups into a unique BioSense integrated system for agricultural monitoring. BioSense Institute coordinates or participates in a large number of international research projects, including Horizon2020, FP7 and Eureka.
PARNASSE (OpenCircle)
OpenCircle platform was developed by PARNASSE company that was founded in June 2014 in Athens – Greece, from three founders. The main functions of the company are financial advisory and software development. Started as the administrator of the 1st Equity Crowdfunding platform in Greece – www.opencircleproject.com. The platform was launched on May 2015. The technology backing the platform is ownership of PARNASSE.
KPAD
KPAD Ltd. was established in 2014. The company can demonstrate expert knowledge in simulation and integration of state-of-the-art industrial processes, product development and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of products and services for energy and resource saving and sustainable development. It also works on the development of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) toolkit, consisting of easy-to-use applications in order to provide convenient and portable solutions.
